Arwen is life-long waifu material, and Galadriel is just too freaky/powerful to let live.
And where the fuck did you hear that skyscrapers are causing earthquakes? Short of nuking a pent-up faultline that’s ready to let loose, I can’t imagine an earthquake being the direct result of human intervention, especially through the use of something as passive as a really heavy building.
