I gotta get all dressed up for work tomorrow. Well, moreso than usual anyway, like with a jacket and tie.  Someone from corporate is coming down to take our pictures for some kind of new “corporate resume” they’re putting together of all the technical staff, myself included.  I haven’t worn a tie since the interview for this job, so I was kinda worried that I wouldn’t remember how to do it.  Turns out I still do, which makes me happy.

Whenever I finish a back workout my shoulders and upper back blush a lot, to the point where it almost looks like sunburn or a nasty rash.  I don’t know why because I’m not resting anything on my back like a barbell during any of my lifts on back days, and my chest doesn’t flush red on chest days/legs don’t flush red on leg days, etc. 
Of course you can’t really see it here because the white balance on my camera (or lack thereof) is fucking horrendous, but just take my word for it.
Also, ear.
